    • How do I know about the prices of products?

      Once you send an inquiry form through our website, the sale representative will get back to you with price quotation.

    • What are your trade terms?

      We accept the following terms: Ex-Works (Osaka) FOB CIF/C&F   Door-to-Door delivery using a courier of your choice. (DHL/FEDEX/UPS)

    • How about payment terms?

      We only accept 100% payment by telegraphic transfer remittance (T/T) before shipment. Please allow a minimum of three (3) business days for your bank remittance to be reflected in our bank account. While this delay may cause some inconvenience, it is the average amount of time required for interbank transactions.

    • What currencies do you accept?

      Primarily, we accept payment in Japanese Yen, U.S. dollars and Dollar.. No other currencies are accepted.

    • Who is responsible for paying the bank transfer fee?

      The buyer is responsible for all bank fees. Please confirm the cost of this fee with your bank. We will not ship the products unless we receive payment in full amount of proforma invoice.

    • What is your warranty policy?

      We sell our products for overseas AS IS condition and without any warranty. Please note that all products once purchased cannot be returned/exchanged.
